As our products are custom made, usually according to each customer's personal specifications, we don't do any Refunds, Returns or Exchanges. Double check all the info before confirming your order.

We guarantee the top quality but even then if you have any issues after receiving your merchandise, let us know and we'll me more than happy to help you out. In case of faulty merchandise we will either replace it or issue the refund.

Our return and cancellation policy is in complaint with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. According to section 13, 1-C

Exceptions to the right to cancel

13.—(1) Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10 in respect of contracts—

(c)for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
